Principal Consultant | SAP HCM

Principal Consultant | SAP HCM (WFI|SAP|HCM|001) Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Salary: PHP7500 - PHP9000 per month

The primary objective of the role is providing day-to-day support to HR users and working with HR project team to implement S/4 HANA HCM and SuccessFactor solutions in a cost-effective way by accurately determining and understanding the requirements of business users in an IT projects & enhancements, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

They collaborate with vendors, project team and business users to develop and document business
requirements, and participate on HR projects implementation and provide post-implementation
support. They are required to ensure that the SAP HR systems and applications operate reliably and
efficiently.

Principal Consultant would typically be knowledgeable about processes and practices in the business domain to which the IT system is to be deployed.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Daily support of SAP HCM on ECC 6.0 & S/4 HANA and SuccessFactor Talent Suite
  • Impact analysis for the change request & enhancements
  • Requirements gathering & analysis
  • Functional & technical design
  • SAP HCM configuration
  • Development & bug fixes
  • Data migration
  • Work with other teams to perform system integration test
  • Support user acceptance test
  • Go-live preparation and support
  • Post implementation support
  • Work with other team members to prepare requests for proposals and participate in all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services, solution, and products

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or related disciplines conferred by a good University and at least 3 years of SAP HCM/ABAP experience
  • Sound knowledge and strong experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, ESS, MSS, etc.
  • Strong ABAP experience in SAP HCM especially Payroll.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors EC, PM, GM, RCM, Learning, JAM etc. and knowledge of
  • business processes and practices in the HR domain would be advantageous
  • Proficient in SAP Fiori development such as standard Fiori 2.0 extension, customized Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Hana and SAP OData
  • Proficient in ABAP development such as reports, adobe forms, user exit, BADI, enhancement
  • point, IDOC etc.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP S/4Hana or ECC6.0 functional modules such as SD, MM, FICO
  • Sound knowledge of SAP PI, Hana Modelling, Hana Stored procedures, Hana Optimization and OData services are preferred
  • Strong analytically and good troubleshooting skills
  • Has the initiative to drive to succeed, able to work independently and as a team
