Clarus Subsea Integrity, a division of 2H Offshore and part of the larger Acteon Group, offers a focused engineering approach to subsea integrity management covering all in-water equipment, while maintaining high technical expertise and customer focused approach. To facilitate our continued growth in the subsea market, we are looking for Graduate Integrity Engineers to join our team. The Graduate Integrity Engineer will be supporting integrity management projects in oil and gas, and renewables markets working under supervision of experienced Integrity engineers.
The successful candidate will be based in Houston area.
Duties
- Data population of design, fabrication and installation engineering information into Clarus’ iCUE websites
- Perform risk-based assessments including compilation of integrity management plans, inspection work scopes and procedures
- Conduct engineering assessment of subsea and topsides inspections and draft inspection reports
- Analyze field measured data such as process, vessel motion, corrosion, environmental, survey etc using Excel, Matlab or Python
- Perform engineering technical studies in support of threat evaluations and integrity assessments
- Support project managers with drafting cost time and resource documents for potential clients
- Potential support for periodic offshore site visits for inspections
- Perform work in compliance with Clarus quality, health & safety policy
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Corrosion/Subsea/Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 0 to 3 yrs. of experience with offshore or subsea integrity engineering
- Data science and python skills and/or experience considered an advantage
- Must be self-motivated with good computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
