The Role

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment services within our Finance division. Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full 360‑recruitment process
• Sourcing high‑quality candidates using varied attraction methods (including social media)
• Interviewing and assessing HR or Finance professionals
• Writing engaging job adverts and managing vacancy pipelines
• Shortlisting talent and coordinating client interviews
• Negotiating job offers and salary packages with confidence
