Location: Redditch
Salary: £39,000 – £44,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday – double days
Commutable from: Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Solihull

Company Overview:
A well-established food manufacturing company in the Redditch area is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team, supporting automated production and essential site equipment.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on food processing machinery and site services.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
• Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency while supporting production teams.
• Assist with additional site services, with training provided for boilers, refrigeration, and other systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Mechanical maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience with process equipment and conveyors
• Proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team
• Welding or electrical skills advantageous but not essential
