Interim Brand Manager - FMCG (INIR19261) Den Haag , Nederland

In this role you have a broad scope. Your responsibilities:

  • Localizing global marketing plans in alignment with global marketing strategy, and executing it across all brand touchpoints, to prepare a route for this emerging cluster towards being one of the strategic markets in the long term. 
  • Work closely with Sales to develop a plan for the growth of the business in the region. 
  • Manage the agencies in the accomplishment of the marketing objectives on different channels: paid media, digital and social, PR campaigns and influencer partnerships. 
  • Regularly liaise with distributors on planning, evaluating, and implementing POS activations and visibility initiatives to sustainably grow on and offline retailers’ businesses. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager EMEA to implement the HCP activities in the region, involving relationships with hospitals, clinics and KOLs. 
  • Managing the regional A&P budget with total ownership on phasing, spend & budget allocation. 
  • Demonstrating leadership capabilities to coordinate multiple agencies, distributors and stakeholders to develop campaigns in the countries. 
  • Setting clear activity objectives and KPIs, monitoring and evaluating activities and making clear recommendations for optimizing future activity 
  • Staying on top of category and market trends and sharing relevant ideas and recommendations with the wider team
