Packaging Technician – Night Shift

Location: Worthing

Pay rate: £17.00 – £18.89 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 21:45 – 07:15 (38 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company, and are looking to appoint Packaging Technicians for the night shift at their Worthing site. This is a fast-paced, quality-led environment and would suit someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask.

Full training is provided at every step, including how to complete auditable documentation accurately and in line with site procedures.

Key skills required

·      Basic English (reading and writing) and Maths skills (GCSE level)

·      Ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment

·      Confidence to operate packaging machinery (training provided)

·      Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team

Training will be provided on

·      Performing quality assurance checks on finished packaging

·      Assembling boxes and other packaging materials

·      Labelling packs and applying shipping labels

·      Understanding and working to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
