Logistics Planning Administrator (6623) Banbury, England

Salary: GBP29000 - GBP30000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Logistics Planning Administrator to support a small team, managing the replenishment system to ensure product is dispatched to the stores in accordance with business needs.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

·      Manage the allocation of stock from the warehouse to stores to optimise availability to support sale merchandising. This includes forward planning on specific promotional events, catalogues, product launches, store openings, intake priority and clearance.

·      Ensure that store allocations are fed across to the goods out team and that the warehouse have sufficient work to complete their picking schedule.

·      Ensure the warehouses are kept up to date with any changes or requests made to the delivery schedule and to notify stores/Op’s teams of any delivery cancellations in a timely manner.

·      Action new product and scarce stock allocations in Profimetrics system quickly and accurately to ensure key product lines are efficiently released into the allocation system.

·      Produce weekly and daily reports on store and stock availability to be presented to the business.

·      Action Uniform allocations in line with delivery schedules.

·      Assist the replenishment manager with ad hoc requests.

 

 

The ideal Candidate:

·      Previous retail experience is essential, preferably with a strong background in logistics, demand planning and or merchandise planning management.

·      Replenishment systems experience would be an advantage but not essential

·      Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively.

·      Intermediate level of Excel experience required is essential.

·      Logical and methodical approach with good problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work well under pressure.
