Legal Counsel (Real Estate/Commercial) – Maternity Cover *Uxbridge*

A leading multinational specialist social care services provider is looking to for an immediately available UK qualified lawyer to provide maternity cover for a period of 6 to 12 months.

The role will focus on managing property portfolio transactions, including lease negotiations and renewals, property sale and purchase transactions, lease surrenders, licenses to occupy, Service Level Agreements and other associated agreements. In addition, it will also support the Senior Legal Counsel with general commercial and corporate matters; reviewing, drafting, and amending a wide range of commercial agreements and providing assistance with acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are an England and Wales Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE gained from working in-house or within a well-regarded firm. A solid background in managing a wide range of commercial property matters is required along with broad commercial contracts experience. The ability to effectively manage your own workload, strong communication skills and IT skills are also key.
