The team are keen to find a senior specialist financial services lawyer with at least 8 yrs' pqe and excellent client facing and BD skills to be the go-to advisor on a wide range of regulatory issues affecting asset managers, investment firms, and retail investment products, including MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, ESG regulations, and FCA conduct rules.

The successful candidate who has a strong understanding of Consumer Finance, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the Financial Conduct Authority Handbook and a proactive approach to business development.
