We have a fantastic opportunity for an F&B Purchasing Manager to join us in Head Office.

What you will be great at:
- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Bespoke project work when it arises to support the Group F&B Manager
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven working experience as purchasing manager or assistant manager
- Minimum 2-year previous experience within similar role
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Ability to negotiate and network
- Working experience of B2B systems (we use Access Procure Wizard for F&B)
- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
