HULL,

0800am – 1700pm  MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 

£8.75 - £9.25 per hour depending on

Extra Personnel are recruiting for an BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR/RESOURCER to work from our office in Hull. The suitable candidate will be expected to complete all branch administration duties as well as help the service team with sourcing candidates to meet the fluctuating business needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience ideally within a recruitment, or account management role with the desire, ambition and commitment to be a success. On a daily basis, you will need to adapt to the changing operational needs of the clients, reacting effectively to deliver results. The branch administrator will be responsible for all aspects of office admin including but not limited to payroll, time-sheets, using excel and other basic office software.  

Key areas of the BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR/RESOURCER include:

  • Daily plan maintenance
  • Time-sheet control and payroll processing
  • Assisting the service team with sourcing candidates and conducting interviews

Responsibilities of the BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR/RESOURCER to include:

  • Building strong relationships with key contacts
  • Running a strict interviewing and selection process
  • Data entry of time sheets and payroll control
  • Liaising with head office payroll support
  • Working with the bespoke client internet time sheet systems
  • General filing and organising of office paperwork
  • Ensuring suitable candidates are available to assist with servicing clients
  • Completion of weekly Payroll
  • Ensure compliance in line with company policy (e.g. HMRC and RTW documentation)
  • General administration
  • Updating all aspects of our worker management system
  • Being the first contact for all new potential candidates

This role will require the ability to be highly organised and efficient. Both a good level of IT knowledge, particularly with MS Excel and a flexible approach to your working week is absolutely essential.  The ideal candidate will have a track record of taking ownership and demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and fairly. Candidates will have a friendly, flexible attitude and be self motivated with a commitment to lead by example in a service orientated environment.
