We are currently recruiting a Procurement Engineer for one of our client. 

The Procurement Engineer will mainly report to the Maintenanace and the Operation Manager and will assist the Procurement Manager. 

- Assist for the establishment of the detailed list of goods and services which will be required, and the strategy of procurement of those ( framework contract , partnerships , procurement , contract) 

- Prepare a lsit of potential vendors and contractors. 

- Review the form of contract 

COMPETENCE: 

- Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

- 15 years experienc min

- Experience in the middle east and in particular in UAE

- Experience of procurement in the industrial sector (oil and gas) 

- Experience with outages in the middle east
