As a PMO Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's projects. Your responsibilities will span from reviewing and tracking project documentation to communicating effectively across various stakeholders. You will also be tasked with scheduling meetings within the PMO as well as managing various administrative tasks. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

  • Review and track project documentation completion and sign-off
  • Maintain records and handle the documentation that projects produce, keeping log of all required details
  • Communicate across the office, projects, and project stakeholders with information requests, schedule updates, and reports
  • Schedule meetings within the PMO and for projects and project managers, taking minutes during meetings
  • Work across all projects, administrating and providing support across all functions
  • Maintain the task and issue logs for all projects
  • Keep log of cost sheets for projects and record project actual spent vs budget
  • Manage and administer DET requests related to policies update, process update, DGEP, ISO, IA reviews, Risks meeting, mandatory training, NDAs, IDPs
  • Manage and administer PMO requests related to MDRs update collection, government reports update collection, management committee quarterly update collection
  • Administer the Department performance communication and collection of objectives setting, mid-year review and year end evidences

 

What you bring:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
  • Prior experience working in projects is highly desirable
