Responsibilities
- Direct the strategic formulation exercise of the HR department. Coordinating with business unit heads and the CHRO
- Outline project plans and implementations
- Develop strategies based on analysis that will improve business functions and meet objectives and targets
- Design, operationalise and manage functional governance framework
- Provide analysis and bench-marking with regular reporting
- Lead comprehensive HR planning and analytic methods, models and projections
- Design, build and manage dashboards, scorecards and reports to improve business capability
- Knowledgeable re changes in law and regulations and implementing necessary changes
