Global Senior Manager - Talent & Leadership Development (35CFNU-030CE78C) Dubai, United Arab Emirates


An international organisation is seeking a senior Talent & Leadership Development professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful talent strategies and leadership development initiatives across a global workforce.



This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and business units to strengthen leadership capability, succession pipelines and organisational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement global talent and leadership development frameworks, programmes and interventions aligned to business strategy
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organisational capability and identify development priorities across leadership populations
  • Deliver innovative leadership development solutions, incorporating digital learning, experiential development and coaching methodologies
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and development programmes to senior and emerging leaders
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning, growth and talent development across the organisation
  • Support talent management processes including succession planning, talent reviews, calibration discussions and development planning
  • Manage external learning providers and evaluate programme effectiveness through metrics, reporting and analytics
  • Build toolkits, resources and scalable development solutions for leaders and managers globally
  • Use talent data and insights to identify capability gaps and support strategic workforce decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Talent & Leadership Development initiatives within a large, complex or multinational organisation
  • Strong background designing and delivering leadership development programmes across multiple leadership levels
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business leaders globally
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Commercially minded with strong project management and analytical skills
  • Experience working in multicultural, matrixed environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required; postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Coaching or assessment certification highly advantageous
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
