A leading semi-government entity with a global presence are looking for a number of UAE National EA's to join their team supporting various senior leadership.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills, capable of managing complex schedules and facilitating smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Communication Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation. Attend meetings to take minutes and track action items as needed.

Project Assistance: Support executives in the management and execution of strategic projects, conducting research, compiling reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining the trust and confidence of the leadership team.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of contact and facilitating effective communication.

Office Management: Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment, including maintaining office supplies and coordinating with facilities management.

Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and workshops, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a global or semi-government organisation.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
