We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our clients team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Maintain and organise case files, both electronic and hard copy

Liaise with clients, court officials, and external stakeholders in a professional manner

Assist with billing, time recording, and other administrative processes

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm and regulatory policies
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role within a law firm

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
