We are seeking a proactive Talent Development Manager (UAE National) to spearhead and manage talent development initiatives for our well known highly respected government client.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management: Lead and communicate talent management processes, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plans (IDP), and succession planning. Provide on-the-job training and feedback to your team to promote their professional growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with strategic business partners across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Legal to achieve key performance indicators aligned with the business strategy.

Policy Implementation: Contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and the delivery of cost-effective services.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving systems, processes, and practices in line with global standards.

Reporting: Generate timely and accurate reports to meet organisational and departmental standards.

Talent Development: Develop and update a competency framework aligned with best practices, identifying training needs through various analyses. Design and implement tailored development programs to enhance employee and organisational capabilities.

Training Management: Oversee the annual training plan, evaluate training program effectiveness, manage training budgets, and liaise with external vendors for quality service provision.

Succession Planning: Identify critical roles and potential successors, develop career paths, and manage a talent pool to ensure readiness for business continuity.

Performance Management: Ensure performance management processes align with organisational goals. Collaborate with managers to establish performance expectations and improvements.

Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to boost employee engagement, conduct surveys, and collaborate on initiatives promoting a positive work environment. Monitor engagement metrics and address employee concerns.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Certifications in Talent Management are a plus.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in HR Management with a focus on Talent Management and Succession Planning.
