A leading organisation in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled Rewards Manager to join their dynamic HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a holistic total rewards strategy, integrating compensation, benefits, and career development.
- Implement compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring consistency and compliance across all business units.
- Guide job evaluations and maintain alignment with the organisational grading system.
- Oversee the implementation of compensation structures, including salaries, bonuses, and incentives.
- Innovate and manage benefits portfolios to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
- Lead salary reviews, merit increment processes, and utilise analytic for competitive rewards positioning.
- Create and update policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with HR teams to effectively communicate rewards programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiating cost-effective solutions.
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws, reward practices, and compensation structures.
- Proficiency with compensation and data analytic software/tools.
