We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Manager to support a senior executive office and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations in our clients executive office.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring information flows effectively and priorities are executed efficiently. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of a senior executive office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and key engagements, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.

Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and strategic discussions.

Act as a key point of contact between the executive office and internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Support the planning and delivery of high-level meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.

Review and coordinate correspondence, memos, and communications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational priorities.

Track and follow up on key decisions and action items arising from executive meetings and strategic initiatives.

Maintain confidential records, documents, and information in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Support the management of office resources and budgets, ensuring effective use of available resources.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and coordination.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in office management, executive support, or senior administrative roles.

Experience supporting senior leadership or executive offices is highly desirable.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office management tools.
