As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, managing both international and local sourcing strategies while delivering against high-volume hiring demands. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with real scope to influence hiring strategy, stakeholder engagement, and talent pipeline development across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of mid to senior level roles across multiple business functions and geographies

  • Manage high-volume hiring requirements while maintaining quality, pace, and candidate experience

  • Develop and execute international and local sourcing strategies, leveraging direct sourcing, networks, market mapping, and search techniques

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, advise on market conditions, and deliver effective hiring solutions

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-hire roles

  • Drive best practice recruitment processes, ensuring consistency across regions while adapting to local market requirements

  • Manage relationships with external agencies where required, ensuring performance and value for money

  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring trends, time-to-hire, and pipeline health

About You

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment within a global or multi-country environment

  • Strong track record managing high-volume hiring at mid to senior level

  • Demonstrated experience with international sourcing, cross-border hiring, and diverse talent markets

  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions

  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong direct sourcing capability and market knowledge across professional / specialist roles

  • Experience working in complex or matrixed organisations is highly advantageous
