We’re looking for an experienced Onboarding Lead to own and deliver a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience for new joiners. This is a hands-on role, responsible for coordinating all onboarding activity from offer acceptance through to day one and beyond.

You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure contracts, documentation, systems access, inductions, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. You’ll continuously improve onboarding processes, track progress, and ensure every new hire has a positive, well-organised start.

Key requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience in onboarding, HR operations, or people operations
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Process-driven, proactive, and delivery-focused
