As the CEO's Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the office. Your responsibilities will include creating essential reports, preparing for meetings, drafting communications on behalf of the CEO, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records, filing important documents, and assisting in event preparations. Your ability to multitask effectively while paying attention to detail will be crucial in this role. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with various stakeholders.

  • Assist in creating reports such as employee happiness report and CEO weekly calendar/schedule
  • Prepare for scheduled meetings including arranging meeting rooms, links, access
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, gathering necessary documents and attending to logistics
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to other stakeholders
  • Prioritise emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents
  • File and archive important documentation
  • Assist in preparation of events, team seminars and client gatherings

 

What you bring:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
