We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Emirati Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across our clients operations functions. This is a pure TA role, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, strengthening our clients talent pipeline, and partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure timely, high-quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all operations roles, from job briefing and sourcing to offer management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective TA support.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre operational talent.

Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates, ensuring a strong cultural and technical fit.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, candidate experience, and employer branding within the operations function.

Manage external recruitment partners where needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on operations or volume hiring.
- Bachelors Degree

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.

Proactive, organised, and able to deliver against tight timelines.

Solid understanding of sourcing channels, talent markets, and recruitment best practices.
