Talent Acquisition Manager - UAE National (O9YKC9-9E2C74DA) Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates


We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Emirati Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across our clients operations functions. This is a pure TA role, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, strengthening our clients talent pipeline, and partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure timely, high-quality hiring.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all operations roles, from job briefing and sourcing to offer management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective TA support.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre operational talent.

  • Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates, ensuring a strong cultural and technical fit.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

  • Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, candidate experience, and employer branding within the operations function.

  • Manage external recruitment partners where needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on operations or volume hiring.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.

  • Proactive, organised, and able to deliver against tight timelines.

  • Solid understanding of sourcing channels, talent markets, and recruitment best practices.
