Role Summary

Zoetis Tallaght is looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage and prioritise Zoetis External site’s production requirements from Sarsfield House Warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, he/she will liaise with Zoetis External Sites on a daily basis to schedule and prioritise both materials to be picked and collected for Zoetis External Sites in Sarsfield House and materials to be receipted from Zoetis External Sites or directly from their suppliers.

He/She will be responsible for arranging Packing Lists for materials being sent to Zoetis External Sites and ensuring that QAD & SAP ERP systems are updated with all Zoetis External Sites related transactions.

He/She will also assist with non-Zoetis External Sites related Warehouse/Dispensary duties in both Sarsfield House & Broomhill Road when required.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standard of Health and Safety for both warehouses including wearing of appropriate PPE in the relevant site areas.
• Receive, check and store materials in line with required GMP regulations.
• Ensure that all stock handled is stored correctly, safely and accurately within the warehouse facility and carry out stock taking activities.
• Provide scheduled materials to Zoetis External Sites through a pick and transfer process ensuring inventory system is updated accordingly including cycle-counting checks.
• Organise the transfer of components from Sarsfield House to Zoetis External Sites.
• Package materials amd prepare documentation for outbound shipments to Zoetis External Sites ensuring Inventory ERP system is updated accordingly.
• Liaise with Zoetis External Sites for any materials being dispatched to Sarsfield House directly from Zoetis External Sites and/or their suppliers and ensuring Inventory ERP system is updated accordingly.
• Effectivley use both SAP & QAD to meet the position’s requirements.
• The use of manual/motorised material handling equipment will be necessary and must be operated in a safe manner and according to legislation
• Visit the Zoetis External Sitessite as necessary to support the business priorities.
• Eliminate non value added actions & adapt lean practices.
• The attendance of Tier Meeting, CIP, Improving Projects, Transformation, Townhall and other site meetings.
• To assist with Zoetis Tallaght Warehouse/Dispensary tasks when required.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

• Leaving Cert/3^rd Level qualification preferable.
• Experience in Warehousing of at least 5 years.
• Experience in Improvement Projects.
• Experience in the Pharma/Animal Health Industry is considered an asset.

Technical Skills

• Teamplayer with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous proven warehouse experience and materials management from within a regulated environment with a good understanding of GMP/GDP.
• A passion for continuous improvements of processes, reports and tools.
• A customer focused individual that enjoys working closely with colleagues, vendors and management to resolve issues and provide understanding.
• A result driven and pro-active personality who can work independently and manage his/her responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• User of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Experience in QAD & SAP.
