Salary: GBP60000 - GBP70000 per annum + Substantial Bonus + In-Country Benefits

The Role

Reporting directly into the Sales Director, the key challenges of the role will include:
 

  • You will be directly responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan for the Middle East region, working closely with the in-house NPD, R&D and production teams to ensure that all the new bespoke products/solutions are delivered in full, on time and to budget.
  • In addition to managing and developing the existing Sales team, selling highly engineered products/solutions with medium to long sales cycles, this is a customer facing role where you will be expected to “lead by example” by taking personal responsibility for several strategic accounts.
  • Through your team, you will identify customer needs, negotiate and produce high value bids/proposals and co-ordinate in-company resources to ensure their contract requirements are met.


The Candidate
 

  • A proven sales professional and man-manger, with a successful track record of developing sales teams within the direct and distributor sales channels.
  • A strong communicator and influencer, a role model for exceptional sales performance who is dedicated to ensuring that your team is trained, motivated and fully equipped to achieve their targets.
  • Commercially astute with a structured and professional approach, you will have an aptitude for identifying and growing talent with a solid track record of training and developing your people.
  • You will have the drive and stamina to cope with regular in-territory travel and fluency in English is essential.
