Support Worker - Bournemouth

£13.00 - £13.50 per hour | 30-40 Hours per Week

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker in Bournemouth to support individuals with their daily living needs, promote independence, and enhance wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and day-to-day support
• Administering medication
• Supporting appointments and social activities
• Promoting independence and positive outcomes
• Driving the home's minibus as required

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous care experience preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional nights

Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications).
