The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.
Marketing Manager salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Marketing Manager hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Marketing Manager Roles and responsibilities:
- Work with press and brand ambassadors strengthen brand awareness
- Support the sales team
- Manage and delegate the social media team to ensure social media guidelines and KPIs are met
- Manage and delegate the e-commerce team to ensure SEO KPIs are met
- Contribute to senior management team meetings
- Monitor sports, technology and social media trends
- Draft press releases
- Execute digital marketing campaigns
- Analyses and reports on marketing performance
- Conduct competitor analysis
Skills / Qualifications Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and tenacious attitude with natural use of inititive
- Eye for detail
- Passionate about digital marketing
- Understands SEO friendly strategies and tools
- Willingness to immerse yourself in campaigns
- Confidence to build relationships with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders
- Experience working in a senior marketing / managerial role
- Degree in marketing desirable
