As our presence in the Software Development, AI & Data markets continues to grow, we are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join the team. This is a candidate-focused role centred around building relationships, delivering an exceptional recruitment experience, and partnering closely with clients and candidates across the software engineering space. You will work alongside experienced consultants and directly with our General Manager, helping to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across a range of development and engineering positions.

You will be joining a business with deep expertise in the software engineering market, a strong existing client base, and an extensive candidate network across Melbourne and the broader Australian technology community.

The role

You will operate as a specialist Delivery Consultant within the Software Development market, focusing on candidate management, talent engagement, and recruitment delivery.
Day to day, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with software engineering, AI & Data candidates across the market
• Manage and grow talent pools within our database
• Source candidates through proactive outreach
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes from initial engagement through to placement
• Prepare candidate profiles and support client submissions
• Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within technology recruitment
• Exposure to the software development, AI or Data markets, or an interest in specialising in these areas
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A naturally personable and engaging approach with candidates and clients
• Confidence managing recruitment processes and coordinating multiple opportunities at once
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work proactively, collaborate with the wider team, and contribute positively to team culture
• A genuine passion for people, technology, and delivering a great experience
