A great opportunity for a Tech Lead to manage a team of 6 developers and have a clear path to progress into a Software Development Manager role. You would be joining an award winning Cyber Security company that has had a global presence for nearly 20 years. In this hands on role, you would be managing a team of developers, working on their two new cyber security products to further develop their capability. Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering products, upgrades and services
• Lead stand ups, allocate resources and execute development projects
• Hands on with software architecture and mapping out the future direction of technology solutions
• People manage a team of 6 developers
• Implement best practices across the team for coding and testing as well as owning the DevOps practice

Required Skills:

• Strong commercial experience with .NET technologies is a must
• Ability to work across the full stack (experience with JavaScript) but your focus will be more back end orientated
• Having exposure to cloud technologies (AWS preference) would be highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a development team - previous experience leading a team would be looked at favourably but having an interest and passion for managing people would also be great
• Understanding of DevOps practices
