Current Vacancies:

Hygiene Operative

• Current Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (while training)
• Future Shift: 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm (once trained)
• Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of production areas, following strict health and safety standards.

Packing Operative

• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – rotating days and nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
• Role Overview: Working as part of a fast-paced production team, you will handle and pack products efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Lead Packing Operative

• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – rotating days and nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
• Role Overview: Taking on a leadership role within the packing team, you’ll support team members, ensure productivity targets are met, and uphold safety and quality guidelines.

Process Operative (Mill/Extruder)

• Current Shift: Monday to Friday (standard 5-day working pattern)
• Future Shift: Moving to 24/7 rotation (with a 4-week notice period before the change)
• Role Overview: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production process, ensuring smooth and efficient running with minimal downtime.

Product Transfer Operative

• Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts – 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am
• Role Overview: Responsible for transferring products between departments, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance with handling procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability and good timekeeping
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to adapt to shift changes where applicable
• Experience in food production or similar environments is an advantage but not essential
