We are currently recruiting for a temporary Mill operative for our client in Navenby, Lincolnshire. This is a full time, temporary position.

Working Monday to Friday whilst training, then you will go onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. (days and nights rotating, 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am)

Job responsibilities:

·        Operate the plant to produce feed which meets customer requirement in all aspects.

·        Process the intake of raw materials in correct manner and carry out quality control checks on relevant materials.

·        Add supplements and medicinal’s to feed during the process as and when required.

·        Load finished feed into vehicles ensuring feed loaded corresponds with weight and feed specified on delivery note.

·        Ensure all processes in the milling operation are documented using the correct paperwork.

·        Carry out routine maintenance checks as and when required and report any machinery running faults to the Mill Manager. 

Requirements:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Desire to work hands on in an agricultural environment
• Team player
• FLT License (preferred)
