We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing operative for our well established client in Lincoln.

This role is for an aerospace company in Lincoln. you will be assisting in the manufacturing process and ensuring the smooth operation of production lines.

Working hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday days 6am - 6pm

Duties

Assisting in the production of engines

Operating machinery and hand tools

Working to a very high standard

Monitoring the production process to identify malfunctions

Performing quality control checks on products

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Willing to train and develop personal and professional skills

Strong attention to detail and quality standards
