WHAT THEY DO

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Sitting within Ecommerce Operations, you will be key in helping the business to understand their site performance & online customer experience. You will be using Google Analytics, Power BI & A/B testing to reveal insights for improvement. You will be conducting analysis, reporting & creating dashboards. You’ll be using this to present to stakeholders & tell a story with data.

The role is split into three main sections;

  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Campaign

It’s a well rounded role, where you will monitor behaviours, identify opportunities to test & suggest changes from the results. You will work in a multiskilled department, liaising with UX to drive CRO initiatives & highlight the impact of improving the sites functionality.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

4-5 years of experience working in web analytics, specific to ecommerce

STEM degree

Strong experience in Google Analytics, Power BI & A/B testing

Some Tag Management experience would be a plus
