Our Client is looking for a AKTs Completion coordinator for the module’s fabrication phase of ARCTIC LNG 2 for the below terms and conditions
Location: Fabrication Yard, China
Status : Rotation 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Working Status: 6 Days per week
Duration : 2 years with possible extension

With these Minimum Requirement
Education
- Relevant engineering degree from an accredited university.
Professional Qualifications
- Significant experience in Projects, Construction and Commissioning of large facilities,
- Large knowledge of Russian Standards and Regulations applicable to Oil & Gas Fields.
- Proven track record as a Commissioning Senior level
Training and Courses
- HSE basic course
Languages
- Fluent knowledge of English
Required Experience
- Total years of experience are 10-15 years in different commissioning, engineering, operational support roles
- Required Knowledge, Technical or Professional Skills
- Large knowledge of Russian Standards and Regulations applicable to Oil & Gas Fields.
- Familiar with Commissioning key documents and dossiers to build.

- Presentation /Reporting /Interviewing /Coaching /High level of accuracy and attention to detail/Honesty, integrity and discretion/Cultural Sensitivity/Creativity and ability to work under pressure/Organizational and time-management.
Main Responsibilities
- Be focal point for Regulatory / Legal documentation,
- To ensure the documentation availability is in line with technical progress,
- To ensure that legal documents are consistent; no rework or delay due to lack of or inappropriate documents.
- To ensure to maximize activities in Asian Yards with respect to Russian regulations and documentation to generate.
- Control quality and consistency of documentation.
- Drive certification / Russian AKTs meeting with CTR and YARDS,
- Drive weekly progress meeting for documentation.
- Pay particular attention to Electrical legal documentation to produce from Yards to minimize rework in Russia.
- Pay particular attention to Pressurized Vessels legal documentation to produce to minimize rework in Russia.
- Pay particular attention to Instruments legal documentation to produce to minimize rework in Russia.
- Set up a technical planning describing relevant activities defining critical path.
- Supervise / manage the overall planning for documentation in collaboration with Systems Leaders.
- Ensure a particular overall tracking for Punch List Clearance activities (sort according to priorities level, to discipline, to category etc …).
- Liaise with the Commissioning Site Leader and the different Systems Engineers.
- Support teams and witness system completions activities for piping and process equipment.
- Review of all pre-commissioning and & commissioning dossiers before sub-system acceptance,
