Residential Property Lawyer – Exeter

Join a leading Legal 500 ranked, Top 200 UK law firm with a strong reputation across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to handle a varied caseload and become part of a supportive, well-established property team.

You'll manage a broad range of matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and shared ownership transactions
• Residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor, Legal Executive (FCILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
• Commercially minded with excellent communication abilities
