The Role
You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex matters across a varied range of commercial disputes, including:

  • Contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Banking and finance litigation
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Fraud matters
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Defamation claims
  • Procurement disputes


Alongside fee-earning work, you'll be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and play an active role within a supportive and collegiate team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Solid commercial litigation experience
  • Strong technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
