A dynamic, full service multi office high-street firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join their growing Family department. 

Based in Bridgwater this flexible role is ideal for someone looking for an engaging work-life balance in a supportive team environment. 

The successful Family Lawyer will have at least 2 years’ experience handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, private and public children cases, and cohabitation disputes. The role involves business development, with the potential to grow and managing a team working collaboratively with the department head.

 Responsibilities

• Handle diverse family law caseload
• Guide and develop junior team members, fostering their growth
• Play active role in business development efforts to grow the Family Law department.

 Requirements

• Qualified Family Lawyer with strong business development skills.
• Passion for team leadership and mentoring junior staff.
• Exceptional communication skills
