Private Client Solicitor – Gloucester

Chadwick Nott are instructed on a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a long established, well regarded firm with a strong community presence and a supportive, down to earth culture. You’ll handle a varied and rewarding caseload across:

• Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (advice, preparation and registration)
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection and deputyship matters
• Capacity issues and general private client advisory work

You’ll manage your own files, meet clients from the outset, and play an active part in business development.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, LPAs, Probate and Trusts
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Confident communicator with a client centred approach
• Proactive, commercially aware and happy to support business development
