Family Solicitor – Cheltenham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded, independent South West law firm which is recognised by The Legal 500 across multiple practice areas.

Joining an established and supportive Family team, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters.

Typical work will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Private children law issues
• Cohabitation disputes and related family matters
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Around 2-4 years' PQE in family law
• Experience managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Empathetic, professional and commercially aware approach
• Well organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Enthusiastic team player with an interest in business development
