Employment Law Solicitor – Bristol or Gloucester
Join a well established national law firm with a strong commercial focus as it grows its Employment Law offering across the South West.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload for both employers and employees, including advocacy where appropriate.
- Provide clear, confident advice across all areas of Employment Law.
- Support colleagues on complex matters and advise the commercial team on employment aspects of transactions.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development through networking, articles and seminars.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and supervise trainees as the team expands.
- Maintain accurate records, meet billing targets and uphold professional and compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with around 3-5 years’ PQE
- Strong Employment Law experience in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and client care skills.
- Confident in business development and growing a client base.
- Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
