Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol

Join a well regarded Commercial Property team within a national firm’s Bristol office. You’ll handle a varied caseload across the full property lifecycle, working with major manufacturers, blue chip suppliers, pension providers, housing associations, lenders, landlords, tenants, SME developers and charities. The team works closely with Corporate and Commercial colleagues and supports hybrid working, with at least two days a week in the office.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in commercial property
• Experience in acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant work and secured lending
• Ability to manage your own files confidently
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Clear communicator with good organisation and problem solving skills
