Our client is a UK Top 100 Law firm, looking to hire a newly qualified Banking and Finance Lawyer into their highly ranked team in Bristol .
The successful Banking and Finance Lawyer will have exposure to both borrower and lender side transactions, taking part from the initial structuring and quoting stages to deal completion. You will work on a broad spectrum of projects, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions, MBOs, private equity transactions, and restructurings. This variety ensures exposure to a wide array of interesting and challenging deals at the outset.
You will have excellent opportunities for direct client contact on high-quality work working with leading lawyers who are experts in their field.
