Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate (ideally 2-4 PQE) to join the firm's thriving Bristol team. Working alongside highly respected partners and lawyers from a broad range of backgrounds, you will gain exposure to high-quality domestic and international transactions from day one.

This is a varied role offering involvement in:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Private equity transactions
  • Venture capital investments
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
  • Shareholder matters and corporate governance
  • General corporate advisory work
  • Domestic and cross-border transactions


Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and commercially aware corporate lawyer looking to build their career within a collaborative and high-performing team.

You will ideally have:
2-4 years' PQE gained within a respected regional, national or City corporate team

  • Experience assisting on M&A, investment and wider corporate transactions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and technical legal skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Confidence building relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues
  • A genuine interest in business development and networking activities
  • An interest in the Technology sector would be advantageous
