Private Client Lawyer – Bedminster

Join a respected, multi office Legal 500 ranked firm as a Private Client Lawyer in their Bedminster offer. You’ll handle a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and tax/estate planning.

The Role

• Manage a broad range of private client matters
• Advise on Wills, LPAs, Trusts and estate administration
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues
• Supervise junior staff
• Play an active role in business development activities

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor (3+ PQE) or FCILEx with relevant practice rights
• Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, Trusts and estate/Trust administration
• Solid tax knowledge (IHT, CGT, Income Tax)
• STEP qualification or willingness to study
• Supervisory experience beneficial
