Associate / Senior Associate – Banking – Bristol

The Banking & Finance team advises banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders, family offices, impact funds and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a variety of banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, development finance and project finance.
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and related finance documentation.
- Advising lenders and borrowers on new facilities, refinancings and restructurings.
- Managing transactions and collaborating with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate and Private Wealth teams.
- Developing strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-6 years' PQE within Banking & Finance.
- Experience managing banking and finance transactions and client relationships.
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, proactive and keen to contribute to the growth of a successful practice.
