Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol

We’re looking for experienced Residential Property Lawyers to join a busy, forward-thinking Conveyancing team. With modern legal tech they pride themselves on delivering exceptional client service while supporting flexible ways of working.

The Role

• Handle all aspects of residential property transactions with confidence and expertise
• Use advanced case management systems to keep workflows on track and clients updated in real time
• Ensure compliance, due diligence, and risk assessments are completed to high standards
• Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 2 years’ fee-earning experience in a busy residential conveyancing team
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High standards of client care
• Business development awareness and local property sector contacts
• Confidence with legal technology and IT systems
• Interest in mentoring junior staff and shaping team culture
