  • A proactive mindset for business development — local ties to Dorset are a bonus, not a must
  • A personable, empathetic approach — you’re someone who thrives in a team-focused, values-led environment

What’s in it for you?

  • A visible leadership role with scope to grow the practice in a key location
  • A flexible hybrid working model
  • A city-centre office space
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Private healthcare and wellbeing support
  • A strong bonus scheme
  • Regular social and team-building events
  • Involvement in charity and community initiatives
  • Genuine career progression and personal development support
