Employment Director / Partner – Bristol

A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Director or Partner to help grow and shape its Bristol employment practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth team with a strong national client base and genuine scope to influence strategy and future direction.

You'll advise employers on a broad range of matters including:

• Employment tribunals and disputes
• Employee relations issues
• Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Redundancies and restructures
• TUPE and corporate transaction support
• Senior executive and board-level advice

Alongside delivering high-quality legal advice, you'll play a key role in business development, client relationship management and practice growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong employer-side employment law experience
• A proven ability to build client relationships
• Business development experience or potential
• Leadership qualities and growth ambitions
• Desire to help build and develop a thriving practice
