Commercial Lawyer – Cheltenham

A highly regarded commercial law practice with a strong national client base is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to play a key role in delivering high quality, business focused legal advice.

The Role
You’ll handle a varied and stimulating workload across the full spectrum of Commercial Law, including:

• Managing your own caseload while delivering exceptional client service
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (supply, distribution, agency, IP licensing, SaaS and more)
• Advising on data protection, consumer law and regulatory compliance
• Supporting corporate transactions and cross border commercial arrangements

This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, collaboration and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Law
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial contracts, procedures and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• A proactive, client centred approach with the ability to manage multiple matters independently
